Based on this story. It take some minutes to thinking how to continue my game (Tales of Eternia/Destiny II) to disc 2. Since I download all the game with BIN/CUE form.

There’s no memory card file in my PSXfin, so how do I save my game?
I just save it in Save State (.psv), but can’t be used to continue into disc 2. I ever tried it too! It makes the screen freeze forever. XD
When I search in google, some site said that there are “Changing Disc” menu, but there’s no such menu in my PSXfin that I download from some site!
Or it was just my PSXfin?

Here’s the simple answer.
You only need to save the end-of-game file in your virtual memory card. Check your memory card folder in PSXfin (the folder name is “cards”). If the memory card folder still empty, you need to download the memory card file. Memory card file data can be found here, download it via 4shared, and paste it into PSXfin’s memory card folder.
Or, if you ever download the another PSX Emulator (exp: ePSXe v1.17/newer (complete plugins!)), you only need to copy all files (epsxe000.mcr) in ePSXe memory card’s folder and paste it into PSXfin’s cards folder.
Then configure the memory cards setting in File – Configuration Menu. Select Memory Cards tab.
Click browse button, choose the memory card.
Ok.
Open your game, load the last (.psv) part when the game asking you to save.
(For example, Tales of Destiny II)
Choose “Yes.”
Wait a while. The game detected the memory card!
Now, open or insert CD Image or disc 2 game.
Continue, load, and tadaaa~
Welcome to disc 2 world!
